Each day we are assaulted by marketing strategies of large food corporations that aim to derail our health goals. In the Pleasure Trap class you will gain unique insights into the factors that make people vulnerable to dietary and lifestyle excess. You will learn how to liberate yourself from the trap, which most of us unconsciously fall prey to, and begin to create a life that is supported, not hindered, by our health. In turn your body will restore balance to the natural biological processes of the body, mind and spirit. 

Note- This class is for members and paid registrants only. We ask you only use the name that you purchased your ticket with to enter the class, this allows our staff to recognize you as a registrant. If we see an alternate name we will ask you to identify yourself. If the person does not respond or the response is not a match to the name on the registration we will be forced to remove you from the class to be fair to those that have paid.
