Join us for this dessert making class with whole food plant-based SOS-free experienced baker Deborah DeSalvo.
Deborah and her husband, Jason, will host you on their organic, regenerative farm in Oldwick, NJ where you'll learn some of the secrets of working with whole grain flour, grown right on Cold Brook Farm and freshly milled during class. You will learn how to prepare sweet treats that are nutritious and delicious, Deborah will demonstrate a few recipes that you can then take home and prepare on your own. There will be plenty of tasting along the way.
You'll walk away from this healthy culinary adventure with newfound confidence and will be able to craft desserts that will satisfy that desire for something sweet.
