Lifestyle consultations include reviewing of the clients/patient's current lifestyle with focuses on making changes to your nutritional lifestyle by determining your food preferences, gathering your health concerns and goals, and recommending changes that will promote wellness. We also discuss connecting ones lifestyle choices to fitness and mindfulness. Each session will include a care plan so you know what to do to get you closer to your goals.
You can choose from either a 30 or 60 minute session as well as if you would like to come to the office or have the session online.
